No-show
Mark a guest who did not arrive as a no-show, by hand or in the night audit, and charge the no-show fee.
Mark a no-show when a guest did not arrive and did not tell you. The room is released and the no-show fee is charged.

Before you start
- Permission: Manage reservations. To skip the fee you also need Do not charge cancellation and no-show fees.
- The unit must be Confirmed, and its arrival date must be today or earlier.
Steps

Open the reservation. On the Units tab, pick the unit.

Select the ⋯ menu on the unit, then Mark no-show.

Check the Fee from the no-show policy.

To skip a fee, tick Do not charge and enter a Reason. This shows only if you have the permission.

Tick Also remove add-ons if the extras should go too.

Select Mark no-show.
In the night audit
Your property can mark no-shows for you. The night audit lists every guest who did not arrive. If your property's setting marks them as no-show, the audit does it and charges the fee. If not, the unit stays Confirmed as a late arrival. See Run the night audit.
There is no No-show all on the reservation page. For a group, use the night audit, or mark each unit.
Special cases
